OmniaSlim™
OmniaSlim™ is the second step in a selection system.
When the world asked for an inexpensive, generic, electronically-interpreted behavioral profile, we decided to design the Best of Class!
How it works.
The Authorized User (inscribed client employee) clicks a button named Authorize an OmniaSlim™ . The candidate receives an e-mail, does one click to arrive at the profiling site and completes the profile.
As soon as the candidate indicates that s/he has completed the OmniaSlim™, the Authorized User is notified. One click, and there it is, ready to read or print.
Any Authorized User can select one of these titles:
· Sales
· Sales Management
· Management
· Other
Authorized Users from selected industries such as insurance agencies, financial-retail, broadcast, new car dealers and others will find industry-specific titles from which to choose.

Then the magic. Our computer determines which Personality Group the person belongs to and an interpretation of the profile, as it applies to the selected title, appears for the Authorized User – instantaneously.
OmniaSlim™ is not a product. OmniaSlim™ is the second step in a selection system. Here’s the way the system works:
· Step 1: Draw job demand and workplace demand graphs and align them; use them to understand the "target personality" better.
· Step 2: Authorize and review submitted OmniaSlim results to shorten the list of candidates.
· Step 3: Upgrade the two or three "finalists" to The Omnia Profile®.
Why upgrade to The Omnia Profile®?
· The Omnia Profile® is interpreted by a professional analyst.
· The Omnia Profile® measures things not measured by OmniaSlim™, such as stamina, maturity, “learnability,” commitment, staying power, judgement and other critical factors.
· The Omnia Profile® interpretation compares your Finalists to your benchmarks, to profiles of peers (these are authorized by you and sent to us – there is no charge for peer profiles) and the profile of the prospective supervisor or manager to check compatibility with personality, management style and other factors.
· The Omnia Profile® answers your specific questions, such as promotability, leadership, “best fit” in the organization, management style, practically any workplace-relevant thing you need to know. The Omnia Profile® can even compare one short-list candidate to another!
