The Psychology of Sales.
Who Should Attend: Any salesperson, manager or trainer of a salesperson or candidate for sales.
Summary: Learn how to use an understanding of your own sales strengths and weaknesses to develop, motivate and compensate your sales staff- increasing performance, productivity and profits. Learn the significance of your personality to the product or service you are selling. Understand what motivates your buyer- who says "yes" and why. Who says "no" and why.
Team Building and Team Management.

Who Should Attend:Any manager, candidate for management or supervisor.
Summary: We start by defining "team." Then participants learn the 8 steps of team design. Criteria for team members and the team building process are discussed. Finally, all-important team management is studied in depth. Participants use their own Omnia Profile to understand various team roles, different ways to communicate with different team members, team mission and individual team member's team goals. Also included: environmental benchmarking.
Omnia Best Practices Management.
Who Should Attend: Any manager, candidate for management or supervisor.
Summary: A participant's own Omnia ProfileŽ allows for a new understanding of one's management strengths and weaknesses, ways to maximize effectiveness in communicating, developing, disciplining and motivating staff, peers and supervisor. Modern management is defined as "partnership with accountability," and the tools of this plan are studied.
Workplace Stress, Conflict, Incompatibility and Problem Personalities.
Who Should Attend: Personnel professionals, managers and supervisors; anyone having consistent difficulty achieving "met standard" performance evaluations.
Summary: Participants learn the causes of workplace conflict and stress. Early signs, symptoms and causes of unproductive, unprofessional or disruptive behavior are categorized. Ways to effectively manage difficult personalities are studied.
Results in improved communication between the supervisor and employee and vice versa; documents success or documents failure.
