Omnia's Management Workshops

Omnia's Partnership With Accountability (Pw/A) Workshop is the flagship of our management services. It begins with a day of workshops and other consulting hours (involving many people at our headquarters). We put in place a working Pw/A that resolves the three most-cited management issues:

· weak interpersonal communications

· lack of quality management time, and

· undeveloped managerial skills.

We prefer to launch the Pw/A as high in the organization as possible, ideally with the CEO and his or her lieutenants. That way, the program is easily rolled downstream, is well-understood by top management and is not intimidating to the lower levels.

Daily Success Planner is a short workshop preceded by some fact-finding time. We will leave your group with a commitment based on their equity and participation in the daily goal-achievement process.

Certified User Training. Once introduced to Omnia's Internet-based toolbox of management goodies, you may come to suspect there are more uses and shortcuts available in the web site. Certified User Training is a full day of practice in your own Omnia web pages --in our computer lab or in your facility. The second half of training is a fun session when participants draw questions for points and show the rest of the class the answer. Participants are awarded a Certificate of Completion.

Train-The-Trainer Certification. Large organizations will want the flexibility to roll-out the Omnia programs at their own pace. Our Train-The-Trainer program includes access to all Internet-based training programs as well as special features to demonstrate to a future user the benefits of Omnia's partnership, performance and other systems and tools.
