Management Products & Services
Omnia's Partnership With Accountability (Pw/A) is the flagship of our management services. It begins with a day of workshops and other consulting hours (involving many people at our headquarters). We put in place a working Pw/A that resolves the three most-cited management issues:

· weak interpersonal communications

· lack of quality management time, and

· undeveloped managerial skills.

We prefer to launch the Pw/A as high in the organization as possible, ideally with the CEO and his or her lieutenants. That way, the program is easily rolled downstream, is well-understood by top management and is not intimidating to the lower levels.

In addition, Pw/A gives you the following:

· Automatic reminders of all pending work (employee mission and goal work, progress reviews you schedule z90 whenever you wish)

· birthday and company anniversary reminders

· birthday and company anniversary greetings, if you wish

· Time savings: one of many examples, the manager may make comments on an employee's goals so the employee may consider them before the meeting when goals are finalized.

· Communications enhancers: one of many examples, if a manager's comment is "I want a million by April," the employee will read "I want a million by April?, thus building a true partnership as the manager learns to write, "What would it take to get a million by April?"

· Build a manager's skill set: Use the other tools here and find out exactly how to align the demands of the job and workplace (for maximizing retention), follow specific steps to resolve employees' beliefs or perceptions of a manager's inaccessibility, fairness, decisiveness and many other opportunities for either misunderstanding or for managerial growth.

· More!

Pw/A includes a 1-year license to the web site and access to all these exciting and effective tools.
