Your Omnia Consultant will arrange to have your employees send Omnia their anonymous morale assessments and their assessment of their manager's managerial ability. We will also interpret the manager's and employees' profiles.
The result is a comprehensive report and roadmap for the manager with specific advice to build strengths and finesse weaknesses and to know each employee's "hot buttons," the motivators that turn them on, and each employee's "cold buttons," the demoralizers that turn them off.
