We understand. Not every management consultant wants to be a salesperson. In fact, not every management consultant should be a salesperson.

Our commission plan rewards you handsomely whether your forté is management problem-solving or helping others in your group serve a large number of clients.
What Omnia does for you.
1. Omnia is a well-regarded and seasoned partner of its Consultants. The Omnia Group was founded in 1985. Our Mission is to help our clients hire the best and keep the best through effective selection and management tools; to maintain our reputation as the premier provider of employee selection, retention and management tools.
Since our founding in 1985, we have served over 12,000 clients in 23 countries. We work from our own building in Tampa, Florida, from our representative office in Hamilton, New Zealand and through a growing network of independent Consultants.
Today, sixteen years later, nearly 75% of new clients come from referrals from our satisfied clients.
2. New Consultant Orientation Workshop. We have three goals for your orientation into Omnia:
(1) Ensure you understand the value and benefits to your clients of the components of our three “Custom Packages” of products (described elsewhere in this web site),
(2) Ensure you understand how each of the Custom Packages dovetails logically into its own training workshop for your clients, and
(3) Ensure you understand the many unique features of our flagship product, The Omnia Profile®- that you are positively convinced it is the best of breed!
3. Omnia Products and Services. Most Omnia products and services are based in well-established psychometrics. We have engineered our highly validated technology into objective and effective tools for the serious professional management consultant as well as the human resources executive, trainer or manager.
There are over 50 product and service offerings that allow you to resolve almost any people-related question, to specialize in a certain area or to be a well-supported generalist.
4. Free Educational Workshops. At times, people establishing their own professional consulting service are inexperienced at selling their own services. Recognizing this, and being committed to our Consultants’ success, Omnia does several things:
· We offer a free initial orientation workshop in understanding and selling the Omnia products and services (described above).
· As a matter of policy, a Consultant is welcome at any of our company-run workshops at no charge. In addition to Consultant Orientation and other Consultant educational workshops, workshops are conducted on a regular basis for Clients referred to us by a Consultant. Viewing a workshop is a great way to see an expert use the materials and deliver a high-value experience in employee selection, motivation, conflict resolution, partnership management, performance management, certified web site user, train-the-trainer, or any of the programs we offer.
· As a Consultant, you are invited to sit in on any technical workshop Omnia conducts, anywhere, anytime (space permitting).
5. Consultant and Client Service. We are committed to your success because we cannot achieve our mission if you fail. We have staff available at the end of a phone line Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., all Eastern Standard Time. And we can arrange for special service at other times upon request.
The happier your client is with our products and services, the better the relationship will be between you and your client. A client may call for free service during the hours mentioned above. This means you do not have to be a 100% master of our technology and you do not have to worry about being at home to answer service calls.
6. The Internet. We pride ourselves on our innovation. We are dedicated listeners. We listen to you, your clients and the marketplace, and we are quick to spot an emerging area of interest and engineer a state-of-the-art answer.
For example, we are leaders in the use of the Internet. From behavioral profiling to monitoring an employee’s progress in Partnership Management or an employee attitude survey, the Internet delivery is fast and efficient. Better still, the Internet allows us to communicate with you easily and to make sure every Consultant is using the latest Omnia has to offer—no worries about obsolete inventory at home!
7. Income and Career Opportunities. Our Consultants have different skills, interests, experience levels and availability of time. Some will work only part-time and their income will be a meaningful supplement to other income.
Others will have an established consultancy, but will include the Omnia products and services because a client continues to use them and income can accumulate even when the Consultant ceases to be fully active.
Some will be solo-players.
Yet others will prefer the grander business opportunities offered by recruiting, mentoring and sustaining a network of Consultants. In this case, income opportunities are exceptional.
Omnia has an interest in making it simple for any Consultant to represent us and for any Client to use our products and services. To this end, we are especially dedicated to those Consultants whose work qualifies them to be called Senior Consultants and Managing Consultants.
